Allea’s primary assets are people: partners, consultants, employees and local correspondents, who work with talent, competence, passion and creativity.
In 1989 he attended Milan’s Scuola Politecnica di Design - SPD.
In 1990 he joined Von Klier Associati, a Corporate Image company belonging to the Olivetti Group, as graphic designer and worked on the Group’s visual identity restyling, the first example of structured branding. In 1996 he worked as consultant for the Fiat Group, taking care of exhibition and convention design for Lancia; he taught Exhibition Design at Turin’s IED (Istituto Europeo di Design).
In 2001 he joined Tangram Strategic Design as Design Director and worked on the repositioning of some international brands including Prénatal and Damiani.
He is the author of Lavazza Tierra and Riva Yacht brand identity, in cooperation with Alberto Baccari; their project won the Gold Award at Graphics Design Annual 2009.
In 2009 he joined Carmi e Ubertis Milano as design director, where he worked on branding projects for Sole24Ore, Dainese, Altroconsumo and Expo Milano 2015.
In 2011 he set up Alleadesign, Allea’s business unit, of which he is creative director, specializing in communication design in the fields of social sustainability of industrial projects, territorial development and popularization.
